Public access will be restricted, while branch employees will continue to work in-branch assisting members via email, phone or by appointment. Contact Centre Hours
Our regional Contact Centres are currently operating under reduced hours and are available to accept calls from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The Contact Centres are also closed on Saturdays until further notice.

Most of our branches are currently available by appointment only. We will consider in-branch appointments on a case-by-case basis. If you need to get in touch or request an appointment, please call your local branch.
