Rebranding of connectFirst Branches to Servus Credit Union Begin
Over the coming months, connectFirst branches will be rebranded to Servus Credit Union. This change follows the January 2025 announcement that our merged credit union will use the Servus name.
- You will soon notice updates, including new exterior signage. Inside the branch, some connectFirst branding may remain temporarily.
- This visual update won't affect your accounts or services. Your day-to-day banking experience will stay the same.
- We are working to integrate all parts of our credit union and will keep you informed of changes. Our goal is a seamless transition, and our branch team is here to help with any questions.
The Okotoks Willow branch is relocating!

We're not going far! Access full-service banking at the Servus branch across the parking lot beginning Saturday, May 24. Check your email or letter mail for relocation details.
