If we’ve learnt anything from the past year, it’s the importance of regular cleaning, sanitizing and disinfection of the many daily surfaces we touch. Which is why we loved that we were able to partner with and support Hypoindustries Ltd - the Albertan based manufacture of healthcare, homecare and disinfectant products.
Based in Red Deer, Hypoindustries started back in 2020. Their facility has been upgraded to ensure a sterile manufacturing environment that's capable of producing over 15,000 packages a day. Using quality materials and Health Canada approved low-toxin chemistries, Hypoindustries is a first of its kind in Alberta, with a strong focus on minimizing environmental impact. Their formula is 235% less toxic than the other leading rinse free, food preparation safe disinfectant!
As their goal is to lower the use of plastics, they’re currently innovating to use single source plastics that keep wipes wet, create towelettes that are compostable, with formulas safe enough to dissolve into the ground. They aim to be the first wet wipe company in the Americas to provide all three.
